Screening Recommendations
Breast Screening
- A combination of clinical evaluation, mammography & genetic testing (BRCA1 & BRCA 2 testing) based on high risk & low risk population
- Screening every 1-2 years with mammography from 40-45 years onwards till age 75
- BRCA 1 & 2 screening in high risk individuals with screening at an earlier age (30 years) onwards

Ovarian Cancer Screening
- High risk / low risk categories
- Ultrasound
- Serum markers (CA125)
- No benefit in normal population
- Benefit for diagnosing early disease in high risk population
- Age of screening after 40 years ( 30 years in high risk population)

Endometrial Screening
- Clinical history & evaluation
- Ultrasound
- High risk / low risk categories
- Yearly ultrasound after age 40 years
- Evaluate for abnormal uterine bleeding / postmenopausal bleeding

Cervical Cancer Screening
- Combination of visual inspection, PAP smear and HPV testing based on
Risk factors
Low resource / high resource settings - 3 yearly screening from age 40 years till(No benefit after 75-80 years age)
- High risk population start as early as 21-25 years
